I know you're joking, but the amount of injuries in American Football is nuts, and that's ignoring head trauma (which is by far the biggest problem in American Football rn). Almost every game there's one or two people leaving the game with injuries, so the padding is definitely necessary for the sustainability of the game. Important to remember that Rugby and American Football are very different games after all.

Something else that I should mention, is that American Football has had some of the most inhumane dirty plays I've seen in traditional sports. Stomping on hands (which can't be protected) with cleats, helmet to helmet hits/head targeting in general, hell I've even seen someone jump over a defender and while coming down driving his foot into his helmet. In 2009 the New Orleans Saints quite literally have their players bonuses for injuring certain players on the opposing team, and they sure as hell weren't the only ones doing that.

Once again, I know you're joking but it never hurts to learn more about different sports

 

Ot, but calling american football a sport for the sissies is like saying a random grandma could be a top F1 driver. Its so wide off the mark its not even funny.

 

And Rugby is a version of Calcio Storico, but meant to be played by little girls who were raised by anemic groundhogs

 

You obviously haven't seen Aussie rules football then, you can use your hands in that but no body armour or head protection, you can legally climb into someones back and drill then into the ground

I'm just gonna say it, this all is really stupid and immature. How about we stop putting down other sports for being "wusses" or whatever, it remindes me of the type of crap I said when I was 16 trying very desperately to rile people up.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to talk about a sport I've recently fallen in love with and hopefully get some respect on its name, not engage in some weird d*ck measuring contest over who is tougher, it really doesn't matter at the end of the day.

I appreciate you being clear with you meant! And my apologies for not being more charitable, and I certainly want to make sure I'm clear that I wasn't really offended either. I am just frustrated with how often I hear it being used in that way, which is probably what lead to me not being as charitable as I should've been.

Any update on the update?
I was here at the end of last last month and heard the update was delayed until end of last month but i cant find any news about it?
Loving the game but i miss the timetrails.

 

The last official information mentioned that we could expect an update at the end of the month. However, nothing was released yesterday, so I suppose it was meant for the end of November or perhaps December. I miss time trials as well.

 

IMO wait a few weeks

 

My own not so educated prediction points towards the middle or end of next week.

 

It'll be released when it's ready to be released
