I wonder how the pit crew animation would look like for a six-wheel car?

Today, I had a small update of Automobilista 2 on Steam. It showed 920 bytes of data. I've seen such things more often in the past, but I never see infos about the patches, that are being applied.

Where can I find these infos, if it's not one of the "big" updates?

Got a bunch of that as well. Honestly I think it's just Steam synchronizing a bunch of files with the cloud.

As mentioned above, I am pretty sure it's just steam updating cloud files as I get a small update after every time I play the game.

This behaviour appeared when the safety/skill rating was introduced ages ago

Am I the only one who feels like the cars are impossible to oversteer? Almost infinite front tire grip. I can just throw these cars into turn without the slightest concern of losing front tire grip and to be honest it feels more arcadey than it did before. Granted there are tons of improvements to the physics that takes this sim up to a new level, but there's something going on that makes these cars far too easy to drive. Almost bland in a way in terms of driving skill needed.

I mean, I can just yank the wheel any direction and the front end will pretty much obey regardless to how fast I'm going..this doesn't seem right..?

it depends on the car but some indeed do have too much front grip, that will be tweaked soon

Quick question, if a car has infinite front grip and doesn’t oversteer, shouldn’t that mean the car has infinite rear grip?

Yes, I think he used the terms backwards, but more importantly, drive the latest F301 if you think cars can't understeer or oversteer. If they don't, you have some driving aids turned on by accident :)

The tyre parameter changes are still work in progress. The next update will fine tune them.

do you mean cars with new updates (that will come out sometimes in the "hopefully near" future)?
or you mean newer-released cars (e.g. Nissan gt3) compared to older cars?

Seems like we are playing a totally different game then. Also why not post a video of you yanking the wheel so we can see what car, track, weather conditions, track conditions, speeds, etc .

My wish is that we’ll be calling this next release the big “Brakes Update” :D

Just take the mclaren 720 out on the nordschliefe or any track, and throw that thing into turns to your hearts content. Take pretty much any car and do that and see if you can get any of them to understeer.
Either way, it’s already been hinted that front tire grip will be tweaked in the future.
