That is from Thunderflash mods. He has one that comes with or without the Audi Quattro. But knowing the car is out there and if Reiza gets the rights to Ford we can see the sierra come to AMS2

The Audi in Gen2 GT3 will be the evo II indeed, the Sierra Gr.A is a mod car.

I see no value in repeating the same thing on a loop it as some sort of mantra over and over again. Once is enough.

Well, guess what, Renato kind of answered this one already but who would read the lead dev...
So there you go. Guess why there's no clear info... What's the reason?

Anyway, I have better ways to spend time than arguing with human beings that are seeing problems everywhere but themselves.

Talking of clear info, you on a thread in which the OP confirms the exact 15 cars in the next update. Sadly they've had to decide not to give us further date estimates but it's getting closer.

And it´s in respect to you and a lot of people like you (who I agree are part of a silent majority) that we have and will continue to do it; but at the same time I hope you can understand that at times where demands on our time are intense, we will focus more on the stuff that is most important, especially when attempts to communicate aren´t getting a great strike ratio :)

With all due respect, and as a broader response that doesn´t apply strictly to you and your position, you are not really owed one. When you a buy a game, you get what´s in it; if you like it you keep it, if you don´t you get to return it. And you can even do that multiple times if you don´t exceed the trial period rules.

Public plans and scheduies for its future development aren´t part of the package; don´t get me wrong those are great-to-haves and a valuable criteria many users go by, which is part of why we have always tried to offer them to the best of our ability - but it´s not part of the transaction.

Unfortunately a considerable portion of the adult population don´t seem to understand their power to set criterias for who gets their money is not the same as getting to be a shareholder who suddenly is entitled to calling how the company operates and what their product gets to be, irrespective of how that might directly clash with other paying costumers who feel totally different. Nowhere is this truer than in gaming communities, it´s a staggering sense of entitlement we not only don´t wish to appease, we have been growing increasingly deliberate in attempting to repel anyone possessing it - true to form, such attempts are either ignored or met with suggestions we aren´t going to get more business from that stance, which sort of highlights the comprehension issues we are contending with :p

Stubborn as I am, here it is again as a service to anyone who might feel that is the case before they throw more money into new DLCs, keep this under consideration - at every level we do what we do the way we do it because that´s how we can and want to do it; you get to vote with your wallet if you approve it or not. That power you do have but is the same power everyone else does - if enough people back it we get to keep doing it. if not we don´t. It´s a great fair system, irrespective of how fashionable it might have become in this day and age to throw tantrums and call for riots whenever one doesn´t get their way.

With this clarified and hopefully in full knowledge that further posts that don´t pertain at least tangentially to V1.6 and the new cars coming with it may get deleted and the author banned, let´s move on.

Exactly what I was about to post.

People who do not want to get their hopes up about next update or how soon its coming, just play AMS2 and once the new patch arrives, download it and start playing. Its a perfectly valid approach.

Would a brief free period for the newest DLC; say, a week or so to let people toy with the new content before going all-in on purchasing it be on the cards for this update? It's been done before (IIRC, the Le Mans/Endurance pack and one or two others?) and I, at least personally, feel that this in particular would be a very good one to bring that strategy back with given the massive scale of the update and the high amount of people interested thanks to the physics updates and new IMSA content

This was done with formula high tech if I am not mistaken - so it will be considered I guess.

Nice call Renato, and no more preview privileges. Reiza uploads the best videos.

Is rubber build up on track not supposed to be visually improved in this update?
