Ah, thank you for unknowingly answering my not yet asked question

Was seriously wondering why one would like to have no pit limit....but hadn't thought about historical yet. Which is a funny brain-woops cause I much enjoy the historical content

 

yeah but that has nothing to do with them running 2 cars in WEC but with the fact that Volkswagen Group is losing so much money, Audi is in absolute downfall, that they dont want to spend anymore money. They probably stay in IMSA cause travel isnt as expensive and they dont wanna abandon the car completely after one year.

 

Surely investing more money in electric and hybrid cars is the solution... (Sarcasm activated)

 

thats what destroyed them, obviously, but thats also due to the government destroying the economy on purpose.

 

I'd be interested in those settings as well

The FFB is tweaked too in 1.6 ?
i mean whats the difference between 1.5 and 1.6 in term of FFB, beside of tyre upgrade ?

 

FFB and Tyres go hand and hand, if the tyres improve the FFB will feel more connected.

 

You already can today AFAIK

I use it a lot and it is 200 limit for a long time now. Have you never tested it ?

 

To be honest I can't even tell you any specifics, but what I can say is that there must've been a HUGE amount of work put into the FFB as not only does it feel much better to me now (on my lowly G25 no less!), but there should now no longer be any cars or classes that stand out like a sore thumb. Up to 1.5, FFB was often kinda hit-and-miss for me depending on the car.

P.S.: I'm off to watch the video... for the first time! I know, late to the party and all.

 

With the new UI making everything "cleaner" does it now include things like the push to pass rules for a race? On a similar theme does the AI use push to pass? It's something I've always wondered but could never work out for sure. Thanks

 

AI does use push to pass and has been since a very long time, the other I question I cant remember atm

 

I see that this YTer preview video is scheduled for 1st December....

 

Thanks, it's one of those things where on some races I've been convinced they are using it on others not so much.

 

I was going to watch it again but now it's full of Ads....

 

They usually pick a random date. They'll update the stream when it releases. There's a few others. One is scheduled for today, another tommorow. They don't have the actual release date.

 

There were no drive through penalties in the days of no pit speed limits.
