    The guidance states:
    • A driver with Wet Skill = 1.0 goes 10% slower in a fully wet corner than in dry.
    • A driver with Wet Skill = 0.0 goes 20% slower in a fully wet corner than in dry.
So I think a driver with Wet Skill = 0.5 means the driver goes 15% slower in a fully wet corner than in dry.

Is it possible for me to isolate a few cars from a grid...

like I want to do a multiclass grid TVR Tuscan GT2 and Lister Storm and Aston Martin for the GT1 and get a multiclass race using only these 3 cars, is it possible?

As Romeo said, wet skill is a reduction in corner speed of a driver in wet vs this driver own dry corner speed. But it isn't linked to race skill.

Think of 0.5 as a normal expected reduction in corner speed of a driver in wet vs his own dry corner speed.

Think of 1.0 as a driver thats so extremelly talented in the wet that he can do the wet corner almost in the same speed as himself does in dry.

Think of 0.0 as a driver thats so bad in the wet like he never practiced it, that he loses a lot more corner speed than expected in the wet vs his own dry speed.

Keep in mind those numbers were just an example as the doc says "note those numbers are just examples, the actual percentage varies per class".

But yeah, supposing that example, a 0.5 wet_skill means the driver goes 15% slower in a fully wet corner than in dry, which would be the normal speed reduction in that example. Losing only 10% speed would be the extremelly talented wet skill driver, and losing 20% speed would be the driver who have practiced very little in wet, in that example.

Yes, as explained in the official doc in original post:

"to race with a custom grid with only the drivers that you have overriden, you simply start a event in AMS2 with the desired opponent classes and select a number of AI opponents less or equal to the total number of AI drivers that you have overriden for those classes."

If you want to do it as a one-off, rather than create a new AI file, you can also edit what car is in what class in the CRD files in Automobilista 2 > Vehicles > (name of car) so for example add A to the start of every class name to make new classes
So for example in the Aston Martin low downforce file, the line that says
    <prop name="Vehicle Class" data="GT1_05_LD" /> you could make
    <prop name="Vehicle Class" data="AGT1_05_LD" />

They tend to get reset from time to time though when steam works out that your files are not "correct".

Thanks I've had to do a bit of reading and messing around with some previous files that I saw to have an idea.
If I knew how to code I would create an app for this, this is basically notepad txt editing.

In AC's content manager it's very easy to directly do this in the app and there is even visual feedback on some information and skin selections, etc...

For example, in my AMS2 folder, if I search for McLaren F1 I find the GT1 cars, but if I search for Lister (for the GT1 2005 cars) I only find the files for the skin, but nothing else.
(Search using "ctrl+F" inside the folder, for the car names of the car class I want to control for example)

ha ha ha yeah very valid point... poor grammer by me thank mate

    Great thank you!
I've made a bot and his logic is most drivers would be around 50% but guys like Senna and Schumacher would be closer to 100 so I dont need to tune that too much :)
