NOT LONG TO WAIT somebody has been practicing sends out a challenge. Just my personal opinion of course. It looks boring, graphical and drive wise. If it were not for looking at speed achieved, ,,, well thats modern f1 I guess.
HISTORICA BRANDS HATCH @Marius H Thanks for dropping in session. Still processing/edit of races today and yesterday. some weird **** going on!! could not see you in replay, was trying to see why you dt'd a car was sank into grid at back and did not get away.It and 2 cars ended up as "sky cars' Saw you from my in car vid capture racing Will report back when time permits.
Well we have the onboards compared to real life (ams 2) thread. Onboards: AMS2 vs. Real Life Maybe we should have Ams 2 replays vs real life safety in these cars and others like F1 thankfully is amazing, years ago many more serious injuries/fatalities would have occured. Williams Formula 1 reserve Jack Aitken sustained fractures to his collarbone and a vertebra in the multi-car accident at Eau Rouge. Lucky chap/chaps
Thats the bit I miss from all these sims, very lacking in damage, at best your bumper pops off and a wheel goes rolling down the road, ideally we would have a mix of AMS2 and BeamNG!
Wreckfest does a formidable job with collision, albeit the wheels and axle geometry is never hit to hard, so the cars stay always drivable in a staight line till you lose a wheel. What they perfectly did, was changing design and names in a way that you still clearly see what iconic cars that "Starbeast", "Tristar" or "Venom" really is. And is delivers perfect stress relief after 8 hours in the office. Albeit, you can't change camber, caster and toe there!
I love me some Wreckfest when I get tired of going around in circles , it the only "non sim" game i keep installed. Its also the most popular game on my rig when the boys come around for a visit for beers, the "real" sim games they find boring.
Wow, five cars lost the back end going up the hill there in identical fashion, as if there was something on the track. Terrible place to have an oil spill. Scary crash hope everyone is ok.
Hi John, yes sure looked like some oil or something, though i think the track is slippery this weekend anyway, so F1 may be interesting. T1 I would be supprised if goes well depending on todays Q. The Orange army will be out in force for Max All the women were ok in the W series crash, again just shows how safe these things are theses days. Wet racing sorts them out men and women!
Apparently it had just started raining and they were going for it trying to get a fast quali lap in before it was too late. Everyone came out ok though thankfully. (edit: took the video link off, repeated Maser's link)
Sry did he say 'complaining' 'moaning' Friday video, morning coffee. (thanks to Chepilevski) bonus vid next level immersion?
