    We organized a league for 6 years, with races every week. We tried to train last night, but when creating the server, there is no option to allow custom car settings (setup). Only fixed setup

    I just found the option, which is now within the Rules and Penalties menu, but does not work on or off, always has the fixed setup (on)

    Floating tyres issue:

    I’m playing VR on a Meta Quest 3 with an RTX 4070 Super, and overall the experience is incredible. However, I’ve noticed a strange issue: the tires on some cars (but not all) appear to be floating above the ground. Any idea what might be causing this?

    Thanks for asking. This is a model/texture bug; nothing is wrong with your copy of the game or your computer. It’s an issue with the game itself, specifically the car. The developers are already aware of it

    Hi guys!
    I might have been a bit stupid... Since in the main game my controller settings weren't adjusted properly, I copied the "default.controllersettings.v1.03.sav" from Documents/Automobilista 2 Beta/savegame/184341138/automobilista 2/profiles into the corresponding main game folde. However, I have been stupid enough to also copy the "default.championshipeditor.v1.00.sav", the "default.localsettings.v1.03.sav" and the "default.sav" as well.
    Now, my maingame multiplayer rating is the same one as in the beta )dropping me from A12XX to D1310.

    Is there any way to restore the maingame multiplayer rating? I already verified Steam game files, which didn't help.

    Thanks a lot!

    Also, for my understanding. Is the multiplayer rating really saved locally or might there be some problem with my Steam files?

    Sorry to read you're experiencing issues. Not all is lost if you're lucky. In general 99% of the computers with Windows do frequently create a system restore. Now here's the trick you can try:
    1. Go to My Documents
    2. Right-click on Automobilista 2
    3. Click on Properties
    4. Then click on the Previous Versions tab
    5. If you are lucky, you will see a few folders from your AMS2 folder
    6. These are folders from your system restore
    7. Open the most recent folder
    8. Copy and paste the files from this folder into your original AMS2 folder
    9. Everything should now be as it was, or as it was from your latest system restore
    Also I recall that the rating and safety rating are stored in the cloud & server, so it shouldn't change your rating, only your stats as most played cars, races, etc

    thanks for your help!
    Unfortunately, there are no previous versions avaivable for me. I tried removing the files completely, I start at U1500 without stats. I put them back in, I'm at D1310 amd my Beta stats. For some reason, no data is synched from cloud and server. Therefore, I can't join servers locked above my D rating.

    Unfortunately. Hoped my suggested solution would do the trick. Tha said I tried to reproduce your issue; I deleted my folder, booted up. My stats were all reset, but I retained my ranking and safety ranking.

    Can you take a look in Steam > Settings > Cloud > and check if Cloud Saving is enabled.
