Automobilista 2 June 2022 Development Update

My money's on next week being when we hear anything new about the status of the update, not making any predictions about the release date because Reiza but maybe they'll say something

Renato said in the Accelerados Demo post that the "update including these cars will release this weekend." So either we're getting a mini update followed by a big update later, or the full update is this weekend (which I would guess is the case).

Did you forget to release the handbrake? I just did this time trial with the Lancer. Nevertheless, I stick to the realization that not everything is right with the Lancer

The brake balance is the only thing I adjust on every car and sometimes the steering angle, the standard setups are otherwise excellent and do not need any intervention

Believing a announcement from Reiza and expecting it to happen over and over again when you know they never hit a date in over 2 years.

 

What makes you think we're Alpine fans...

 

They hit nearly all dates in the first year though.

 

Honestly yeah, the only currently missing content I believe is the MP4/4, MP4/6 and BT52 from a while back (presumably saved for DLC) and the historic Spa and Nords (which have definetely been a huge complaint for a while, understandably at this point I feel)
It does suck not seeing content delivered fully on time though like the 3 month wait for Racin USA P2 to be finished

 

There are a few Nissans (GT3, GT1, Group C) waiting for their release, too. But that might very well be a licensing thing.

But tbh I don't care about anything that we get for free being delayed. The Nordschleife or Spa are the two things I feel should arrive soon (and apparently they are planned for September, but they have been "planned" for almost 1 and a half years now.

 

All content of Racin' USA pt3 is currently being tested in beta. There's a lot of stuff being worked on since the last update.

 

How is the oval racing rules package?

 

That'll be for Renato to reveal.

 

Not gonna ask for specifics but is it a big content drop like part 1 and 2 or a somewhat smaller one?

 

Super excited for Racin' USA part 3! Hopefully we'll hear something of it before the end of the month
