Featured Automobilista 2 V1.6.9 RELEASED - Now Updated to V1.6.9.1

    A couple of hotfixes have been deployed since yesterday´s release, the latest of which just now; no change in version number as the executables have remained the same - latest build is 3136 as seen in main menu bottom left.

    These hotfixes address the default HUD bugs introduced with the option to switch to the new WIP HUD design, as well as some immediate adjustments to the new content. Changelog below:
    • Fixed brake temperature and position info not correctly updating on default HUD
    • Fixed main menu 'Single Race' text wrapping in some localization options
    • Minor suspension adjustments & updated UI statistics for AMR Valkyrie, Dodge Viper ACR & Maserati GT2 Stradale
    • Enabled Presets for Stock USA Gen1-3
    • Fixed restricted Stock USA Gen3 engine bogging down at max revs
    • Further reduced AI speed slow down ratio during single and double yellow flags
    • Further AI performance calibration & behavior fine-tuning for Stock USA Gen1-3
    • Adjusted dynamic AI corridors for Daytona & Pocono to prevent AI cars from needlessly dipping into the apron or off the track
    • Nurburgring 2025: Adjusted AI paths exiting the Tourist Center in Tourist layout
    We still plan on giving some minor maintenance to the latest update for the weekend but for the time being the team and myself will be taking a little time off with our close ones :)

    Bravo! There is yellow flags - I've seen more in 2.5hrs gaming today than the whole history of AMS2, 1000's of hours!

    Many thanks for your dedication and hard work over the years. You really deserve to prosper as an independent studio/dev team. Enjoy the holidays yourself! ;)

    Constantly amazed at the improvements and progress of AMS2, no doubt in my mind it's now the number one sim, complete package.

    To the Reiza Studios Team, Thank you for continuing to develop the greatest Racing Sim. Hoping for Mid-Ohio, a few more ovals - - - races at Midvale speedway or the Freedom Factory would also be welcomed. AMS2 is the GOAT! May you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

    I do not have this 99 bug in my game when doing single class races. So it is either there for multiclass only or it has already been fixed.

    Has anyone noticed a visual anomaly where menu items will show small squares in the corners of a button?
    Doesn't seem to appear in the main menu or when racing, but does show elsewhere for me.
    Example:
    1066890_1.jpg The effect is noticeable on the "exit" and "resume" buttons and the white lap time info banner.
    I haven't posted this as a bug because I haven't seen anyone else mention this so it may be something specific to my setup.
    NB: this glitch didn't appear before the 1.6.9 update and the recent hotfixes haven't remedied the issue.

    Those squares used to be the rounded edges. I guess for some reason they're not as seamlessly integrated with the rest of the button for you as it is for me.

    Hello, what an amazing update!

    I’d like to report a bug: I was playing StockGen3 at Daytona today, but the cars were very slow, almost stopping on the track. Will there be a fix for this?

    if you encounter bugs, it's best to post them in the proper thread, preferably with some video showing the issue.

    I've tried it in VR couple of hours in various conditions and i didn't notice any drop (possibly improvements in GPU margin!), so no...possibly a cache issue? i play with VDXR and virtual desktop though..not steam VR
