Definitely feels and handles better from the cars I've tested once I dialled in ffb again. Thank you very much Reiza Engineers.

.. Yeah, a really nice step in the right direction on the FFB. The F3 & P2 feel great and the Super V8 feels better and more predictable to me. Nice one Reiza!

After my stint yesterday I’m really impressed with the handling, getting better for sure.

My only criticism is the ffb, in that I don’t feel the detail as I do in rF2, hope this continues to improve too!

Keep up the great work Reiza !!

Did you found the bugs for game crashes when selecting wet weather and the wrong wheel rotation in every car?

Now only add a trim button to minimise the bouncing view.

I found a bug in the latest update. My Thrustmaster TS-PC Racer with the Ferrari 488 steering wheel, is no longer recognized by the game in Advanced mode with 21-buttons. In standard 13-button mode, it is easily accepted by the game. That was not the case before the update. Yes I deleted the profile folder after the update and only then did I notice the bug.

This is a good step in the right direction.
The strange pivoting around the center on corner entry seems to be gone.
The cars I’ve tried feel much more natural now, IMO.
The small Caterham is actually fun to drive now.:hurrayreiza:

The 7th gear is used for when the safety car is out or so. So you switch the fuel to lean (no mappable at the moment, but you can use the annoying menu thingy when racing) and put it in 7th gear.

    Great update :)

But I still look forward to a greater spread when the AI skill is changed (This at least for the Caterham 125hpon Spielberg).
Going from 70 to 60 only cut 1.5 - 2.0 seconds off their qualifying time.

My best qualifyingtime was 2.03.5xx, and thats still 3.5xx seconds slower than the worst AI at skill level 60% and aggression at 70%

well today I finally had some time test the new Beta. What a difference it is.
Had a great time on Adelaide with P3 and P4 class and the F3 class. AI is much better and FFB is nice.
    Go on Team Reiza... :D

Be sure to add the per car base cam setting. So we don not need to constantly change the cam alignment.

The new art on historic Interlagos is truly beautiful.

It might be worth a look to see if the AI on Kyalami is behaving properly, I was able to go from 16th to 1st on lap 1 last night. Had them set to 70 and 50 and they just ushered me through to the front.

FFB continues to be among the best I’ve ever tried and the F3 car might be one of my new favorite sim cars

Yes, they are quite slow on the get away, and their braking into turn one is rather dodgy eh? Although this last update seems to have helped a lot with their crazy moves so definitely taking steps forward. Hopefully in the future they can fix the pitbox at Kyalami during test sessions so your right side wheels aren't sitting into the bricks and it seems like you run over the guys foot as you leave. Not a big deal for now though.

So I deleted (I saved it to my desktop 1st) the Automobilista2 folder in my documents and reset and recalibrated everything, and now I do not have any feedback through my G920 Wheel. There is force but no feedback from the track or hitting walls or cars.

When I put the older saved files back in place, I now have feedback through the wheel as before. Did I do this wrong somehow? I just deleted the entire folder, should I only delete a few files within the folder?

    deleting/backup/rename is the right way.
Something went wrong when you reinitialised the wheel.
    Try a 2nd time.
in case of wheelsettings, there is only one file, but if you delete only that, you could have the same problems.
Reiza suggested to delete the hole folder, because your setups ( if you saved some ) are obsolete too after they fixed the suspension bug.
    Good luck.

Ok, I didn't rename the folder, I overlooked that part, I will give that a shot.

Yeah I just delete the whole folder. I only keep the triple setup file so I can copy that one back in.

@Renato Simioni AHHHHH THANK YOU!!!! It's absolutely incredible. The magic you've used to transform this engine is amazing. I was extremely skeptical even after launch, but I never lost faith in Reiza and you've done it again. I just booted up vr and it's flawless (well, a few bugs aside). I'd give you all massive hugs if you were here. I really hope the whole crew gets a lengthy vacation when the world gets up and running again.
